Volunteer Strategic Conversations
Each fall, the President along with members of the Volunteer Council facilitate Strategic Conversations, a multiple-week series on Zoom for volunteer association Presidents and Presidents-Elect. Registration is now open for this year’s series!
Strategic Conversations will consist of four one-hour sessions held at 4pm Eastern / 1pm Pacific. The sessions will be held on consecutive Wednesdays beginning September 20, September 27, October 4, and October 11. Each session will focus on a different topic including governance, leadership development, member recruitment and retention, fundraising, communication and technology, education, and moving forward in uncertain times.
Participants will be surveyed in advance to finalize topics.
There is no charge to participate. Register by September 8, 2023.
To facilitate conversation, participation is limited to 20 people.
