This session will include a panel discussion moderated by Nancy Wrenn of the Women’s Symphony League of Tyler with three orchestras of varying sizes as examples of successful collaboration between orchestras and volunteer leagues. Discussion will include the opportunities and challenges to overcome, making the case for why orchestras need a strong volunteer organization, and the resources that volunteers can provide.
