Planned Giving: The League Legacy Society
In This SectionPlanned giving is a way for individuals to ensure that the League’s work supporting orchestras and orchestral music is a part of your own legacy. Including the League in your end-of-life plans offers a chance for you to demonstrate your commitment to ensuring that the League continues to help orchestras thrive and achieve long-term success so future generations can experience the joy and beauty of orchestral music.
The League aspires to add undesignated bequests and mature trust gifts to the League Endowment to provide broad support for the League’s work as it evolves over time. Documenting your intent allows the League to acknowledge and celebrate your generosity during your lifetime by including you as a member of the League Legacy Society and granting you access to the society’s benefits. Your generosity may inspire others to make transformational gifts of their own.
If you have already included the League in your estate plans or as a beneficiary of an account, please let us know of your intention by completing the Estate Gift Intention Form (PDF) and emailing it to giving@americanorchestras.org.
