Webinar #2 of the Catalyst Learning Series EDI Lessons from the Field
If you ask anyone who has ever led a project or program if it turned out exactly how they thought it would, they will say no. Once we start and begin to apply lessons to the ways we engage in equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) work, we change. And by necessity, the ways in which we approach this work also change and evolve.
In this 60-minute Catalyst Webinar, we’ll review two years of EDI work at the Nashville Symphony. Join us to explore how they have seized the greatest opportunities for growth, building perseverance and capacity along the way.
Speaker: Kimberly Kraft McLemore, Vice President of Education and Community Engagement, Nashville Symphony
Moderator: McKensie Mack, Founder and CEO, MMG
