The Catalyst Fund is a three-year pilot program of the League of American Orchestras that awards annual grants to build the internal capacity of member orchestras based in the U.S. in advancing their understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and in encouraging effective practice.

The League has compiled a sampling of resources for learning regarding equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). Equity, diversity, and inclusion and anti-racism work are tied to organizational culture change, which takes serious and ongoing effort. We hope the following resources will be helpful to you, no matter the current stage of your EDI work.
