Related LinksThe Salary and Benefits Report is a biannual publication designed to help orchestras offer competitive compensation to employees, to promote salary transparency and equity across the field, and to empower employees at all levels to advance their careers.
The Salary and Benefits Report provides compensation averages, not recommendations. It is based on data from a member survey, with participants contributing to a compensation benchmarking resource tailored specifically to the U.S. orchestra field. This report enables any League member to:
- Compare salaries by position across peer organizations
- Benchmark healthcare, retirement, and other employee benefits
For antitrust compliance, the reported data has been appropriately aggregated and masked. In addition, orchestras are reminded that salary and benefits decisions must be made independently and without collusion in alignment with the League’s antitrust policy (PDF).
How to Access the Salary and Benefits Report
To promote greater transparency and support equitable pay practices across the field, the Salary and Benefits Report is made available to all League members.
