EDI Data Hub
The League of American Orchestras EDI Data Hub tracks the impact of the orchestra field’s equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) work over time, and supports our collective efforts to accelerate change. The data is regularly updated. The EDI Data Hub features demographics data and insights generated by the League: visit our Frequently Asked Questions for more information about how this data is analyzed, the value of the metric we present in measuring change, and the diversity work underway by orchestras across the U.S. It also features findings from the League’s ongoing collaborations with research partners Accordant Advisors, the Institute for Composer Diversity, and TRG Arts.
Every orchestra has its own unique story to tell within the national narrative presented here — not only about diversity of representation, but also about its own progress toward building an inclusive and equitable organizational culture.
