About the Event

The Catalyst Fund is the League’s signature re-granting program that awards annual grants to build the internal capacity of U.S.-based member orchestras in advancing their understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and in encouraging effective practice.

Hear from grantee orchestras that will share on-the-ground experiences about what it’s like to work toward transformational EDI change in orchestras. Participants will hear from a selection of orchestras that have participated in the program as well as League program staff and EDI consultants who have supported orchestras in this process.

You’ll also have an opportunity to ask questions and brainstorm about what’s possible at your own institutions. Join us as we share what we’ve learned thus far through the pilot rounds!
