Join us for a free information session on Monday, October 7 at 3:00pm Eastern to learn about the continuation of Inclusive Stages! The goal of Inclusive Stages, supported by the Sakana Foundation, is to increase the racial diversity of musicians in American orchestras through two primary areas of work: coalition building and data collection.

The continuation of the program brings exciting updates, including the expansion of the Inclusive Stages coalition to welcome youth orchestras, educational partners, and additional professional and community orchestras. If your orchestra has not been part of the program yet, now is the perfect time to get involved.

This information session will provide an overview of each element of Inclusive Stages to help you determine what kind of participation in this program is the best next step for your orchestra or organization. Following the information session on Monday, you will have two additional opportunities to ask questions about the program: October 23 at 4:00pm Eastern and November 7 at 1:00pm Eastern. These two optional and interactive Q&A sessions are designed to be a follow-up to the Info Session, and will have limited capacity, so please sign up for them early.

Who Should Attend?

The coalition is now open to youth orchestras, partner institutions (such as pathways programs, colleges and universities, service organizations, and other educational institutions), and additional professional and community orchestras.

This Information Session is geared toward executive directors, conductors, musicians, general managers, orchestra personnel staff, operations staff, board members, union representatives, and anyone interested in learning more about Inclusive Stages.
