Pernambuco Statement for CITES CoP19
The following statement has been crafted and endorsed by international music stakeholders on the topic of pernambuco conservation for consideration at the 19th Conference of Parties in November 2022. The music sector seeks to sustain the species while preventing unnecessary burdens on traveling musicians, global commerce in instrument bows, and CITES management authorities.
