In this 2022 National Conference session, League board member and ACSO past president Alan Mason leads a conversation from his vantage point as a senior executive at BlackRock. He is joined by Jonathan McBride, a partner at the pioneering executive search and HR consulting firm Heidrick & Struggles, who is helping spearhead the firm’s work in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
