Orchestras continue to speak up as Congress takes action on policies that will have a big impact on charitable giving and the nonprofit sector. The U.S. Senate has released its draft comprehensive tax reform package, modifying the version passed by the U.S. House of Representatives last month as part of a massive budget reconciliation bill.
