Why You Should Attend and Exhibit

Reconnect with existing clients and make new connections. The League Conference is attended by orchestra decision-makers from more than 300 different organizations across the country. Re-cementing existing partnerships and exploring new possibilities is a cornerstone of any successful national gathering.

Networking with peers. The League Conference provides a great opportunity to network. Often competitors from other regions of the country can become valuable resources for referrals and best practices. Collaboration is the way to approach networking. Most people can and will help others uncover ideas and spark inspiration when they get to know them on a personal level.

Educational opportunities. No matter how experienced you are at your business, everyone can learn. Working in a small business venture can often be isolating, and without exposure to a variety of points of view, we can miss new ideas and trends that can impact future results. The educational aspect of the League’s Conference can expose you to new ways of conducting your business and help you discover how to be more productive.

Decorating Company Information

J&J Exhibitors Services will design and manage the exhibits this year. The following services are available from J&J at an additional cost:

  • Exhibit transportation/booth shipping
  • Materials handling
  • Additional furnishings and accessories rental (including booth carpet rental)
  • Onsite load-in/load-out assistance
  • Creation of additional booth graphics/signage

J&J will also coordinate services such as:

  • Audio/visual technology rental for your booth
  • Electricity rental for your booth
  • Rental or purchase of flowers/plants for your booth

The 2018 Exhibitor Service Kit containing a complete list of services, costs, order forms, and deadlines will be sent to all exhibitors upon registration.

Pricing for Booths and Tabletops

Tabletop Booth: Includes one registration and one half of an 8-foot draped table (approximately 4′ x 2′) with a chair and an identification sign. No floor standing displays for this booth type. $860.

Standard Booth: Each 8′ x 10′ booth includes one registration and will be set with 8′ high blue and white back drape, 3′ high blue side dividers, one 6′ white skirted table, three side chairs, one wastebasket, and one 7″ x 44″ one-line identification sign. $1,175.

Additional delegates from each exhibitor. $650.

Groups of three or more delegates attending from a single organization are eligible for a group discount. Please contact Member Services at 646 822 4010 for more information.

Other Exhibiting Information

Audio-Visual Equipment/Booth Electricity:

Exhibitors are welcome to bring their own audio/visual equipment or they may order equipment. The A/V request form will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit. Please note that the League’s Exhibit Area is a silent Exhibit Area. Loudspeakers or operation of any amplification equipment without headphones is strictly prohibited.

The Palmer House Hilton will provide exhibit booth electricity. All exhibitors requiring electricity can access the electrical request form in the Exhibitor Service Kit.


Complimentary WiFi is available to all exhibitors. Should you require a hardwired connection, the form will be in your Exhibitor Services Kit.

Multiple Tabletop Purchase:

Need additional tabletops? Note that a $300 surcharge per table will be added to your total cost.

Booth/Table Selection Process:

The League assigns booths and tables within the Exhibit Area based on conference sponsorship, longevity of attendance, size of booth purchased, and date of Conference registration.

Attendee Lists:

Exhibitors will receive a registrant list via email in mid-May. Please note, the list will provide names and mailing addresses only, unless registrants opt to allow electronic contact, in which case email addresses will also be listed. Otherwise, no phone numbers or email addresses will be provided in order to maintain the privacy of the attendees.

Exhibitors registering before April 27, 2018 will receive a 30-word description of their company in the Exhibitor Listing, listed by category of business.

Conference App Ad $200  – sold out
Place your banner ad in the Program Book App. Available for free to all delegates, the Program Book App offers advertisers prime visibility with banner ads as delegates navigate Conference sessions.

Goodie Bag Insert $750
Place a print piece (postcard, roster, etc.) in the goodie bags handed out to all delegates upon their arrival at conference. (This pricing is only available to registered delegates attending conference.)

Goodie Bag and App Combination $850 – sold out
Secure both opportunities mentioned above at a further discount.
Event Sponsorship Pricing is available upon request
