Improve Visa Policy – Track Your Petition!

The League and other national performing arts service organizations are working with Congress to improve USCIS procedures regarding regular processing of O & P visas. To be successful in our efforts to reduce processing times, we need your assistance. Please use the League’s online tracking form for each petition you submit.

Always Obtain a Proper Visa
It is unlawful to hire any foreign individual who does not hold the proper work visa. The financial damage your orchestra may incur as a result of a cancelled or substituted performance will never outweigh the penalties for unlawfully hiring a foreign guest artist.
