2012 Conference Registration
Online registration for the 2012 National Conference is now closed, but it’s not too late to register! If
you’d still like to attend, come to our Conference Registration Area at
the Sheraton Dallas to register onsite. On Tuesday, June 5, the
Registration Area will be in City View 7 (4th Floor, Sheraton Dallas)
from 8am –noon. The rest of the week, Registration will be in the Lone
Star Ballroom Foyer (2nd Floor, Conference Center, Sheraton Dallas).

Onsite Registration Hours
When you arrive at Conference, your first stop should be the registration area, to pick up your personalized Conference materials. On Tuesday morning, early registration for OLA Seminar and Education and Community Engagement Meeting attendees, as well as volunteer delegates, is located in City View 7, 4th Floor, Sheraton Dallas. Tuesday afternoon through Friday, the Registration Area is located in the Lone Star Ballroom Foyer, 2nd Floor, Conference Center.

Discount from American Airlines to League Members Traveling to Conference
American Airlines invites all League members who are traveling to Dallas for the 2012 Conference to take advantage of a 7% discount off the lowest applicable published air fare. This offer is valid for flights into Dallas and Ft. Worth from June 2-11, 2012.
When making airline reservations, call American Airlines at 1 800 433 1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada and refer to promotion code 4762DS or go to AA.com and choose More Flight Search Options and insert the promotion code in the appropriate box.
A Res service charge of $25.00 USD per ticket will apply for tickets purchased through American Airlines Reservations, subject to change. For airport purchase the service charge is $35.00 USD per ticket, subject to change. If purchase will be outside the US50/Canada, ticketing charge varies and will be in the currency of the country of purchase.
